We started this company based on the idea that if a client had a vision for their “happy place”, we could build it. And unlike many other homeowners in the throes of a building project in the lowcountry, you won’t be just one of many clients, you will be THE client. We build ONE at a time. We begin permitting, start construction, and build to the point of filling your pool (or spa or fountain) with water. During that time, you are our only construction client. You will never struggle to contact us, get information on the construction schedule, or wonder where we are. For that time period, our time and attention belongs to you. Building swimming pools isn’t difficult; what can be difficult is trying to juggle a dozen different clients and projects at the same time. We will never have that problem. When we are building your dream pool, you will receive all of our attention. Period.
Our goal is for our clients to enjoy the building process. Yes, it’s a muddy hole in your yard for a few weeks…and it can be noisy, dusty, and stressful, but it can also be fun and exciting! Pineapple guides you through the construction process with your comfort and satisfaction as a priority. You will see progress every working day, which will be most every day that isn’t a downpour…and we will communicate with you regarding every step of the process, every scheduled event, and every detail.
While we build some of the finest pools in the lowcountry, we also design, specify and install pool and equipment to make your pool as low-maintenance as possible. Keeping your pool clean and clear shouldn’t have to be a chore, and if you’re a “DIY-er” or have a teenager or 2, maintenance should be a breeze. Or if you have a busy life like many of us, and choose to hire a maintenance company for weekly cleaning and chemistry adjustment, they should never have to go to extreme chemical measures to give you the crystal clear, safe, and gentle water you and your family deserve.
